Media planning and buying

Our Media Department roles include:

• Negotiate media rates with all media houses and communication agencies to secure the best rates.

• Book media in all markets – Barbados, OECS, Trinidad, Guyana, Jamaica, Belize, Cayman Islands.

• Liaising with Client to ensure that all media schedules are prepared, booked and periodical follow-ups are done to ensure that the reproductions are of the best standards.

• Recommend appropriate programming that will match the target and the brand.

• Check media billing to ensure that all rates are invoiced at the agreed rates.

Procurement

• We work closely with our vendors to ensure that we provide the best quality at the most competitive rates.
  

• In most cases, we will provide the Client with two or three costs for comparison. The Client will ultimately provide their input and final decision.
